During this period, two to four days more heat is likely to occur than normal. Hot waves usually last for four to seven days in April, May and June. This time the states affected by the hot wave for more than normal include Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, Bihar, Odisha, West Bengal, Telangana, Chhattisgarh, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka etc.

In such a situation it is common for the increase in temperature and the prediction of heat stroke. It has also happened earlier that the temperature has reached 39-40 degrees Celsius in March itself. However, different reasons are said to be responsible for this. An important reason for this is that if the minimum temperature of the night rises, then the heat will definitely increase during the day. This means that this time the heat will be high because the minimum temperature is also expected to be higher.

Be careful in summer.

Dr. Anand Sharma says that everything is bad. Whether it is cold or summer, you need to be careful in every season. Talking about summer, as the temperature rises, physical activities also increase. Due to the increase in temperature in summer, the blood vessels of the body spread and blood flow starts decreasing. Due to this, the heart has to work hard to pump blood, due to which oxygen does not reach the whole body properly. Sweating increases even when exiting the shady place. Due to which there is a deficiency of sodium and potassium in the body. This reduces electrolytes, which are very important for nerves and muscles. Due to all these problems, a person may have a problem of dehydration and diarrhea.

Drink plenty of water and avoid tea and coffee.

The World Health Organization (WHO) released measures to prevent heat. Medical science experts also give information about this from time to time. Due to this, plenty of water should be drunk during the summer season. The body should not be left without water for a long time. However, experts recommend not consuming tea and coffee during this period. It is also advisable to avoid consumption of alcohol, as it absorbs water from the body. Take a bath with warm water daily in summer.
