Patna, 23 November (HS). Water Resources Minister Vijay Kumar Chaudhary on Saturday distributed appointment letters to a total of 37 personnel appointed to the post of lower division clerk and office attendant on compassionate grounds under the Water Resources Department of Bihar Government.

Of these, a total of 14 candidates have been appointed to the post of lower division clerk while a total of 23 candidates have been appointed to the post of office attendant. Principal Secretary of Water Resources Department Santosh Kumar Mall, Additional Secretary Sanjeev Kumar Sinha, Chief Engineer (Headquarters) Mithilesh Kumar Dinkar and other senior officers were present in the appointment letter distribution ceremony org.zed in the auditorium of Sinchai Bhawan, Patna.

Addressing the function, Water Resources Minister Vijay Kumar Choudhary said that the Bihar government stands with the bereaved families of its employees at the time of untimely death and on compassionate grounds gives their families a chance to work again. Congratulating and congratulating the newly appointed employees, he said that all of you should discharge your responsibilities efficiently while following the discipline of the department. He expressed confidence that the new appointments will speed up the execution of departmental work.

Water Resources Minister said that Nitish government has become synonymous with employment in the country. On the instructions of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, new appointments are being made on a large scale in all the departments of the state government and the Chief Minister himself is regularly monitoring its progress.

On this occasion, Principal Secretary Santosh Kumar Mall said that the Water Resources Department is standing with the families of its employees in this hour of distress.
