  • – First of all, finely chop the green fenugreek seeds and then wash them with water in a big vessel.
  • – Now add wheat flour, gram flour, chopped green chillies, boiled potatoes, garlic, ground ginger, white sesame seeds, parsley, curd, red chilli powder, salt and oil in a vessel and mix. You can also add boiled rice.
  • – Now add a little water to it and knead the dough and let it set for a while and then make a ball out of it.
  • – Now fold the thepla from the dough with the help of a plate and rolling pin.
  • – Now heat a pan and place a bag on it and fry it in oil.
  • Delicious methi thepla is ready, you can serve it with curd, chutney or pickle.
