The network of Indian telecom company Vodafone Idea (VI) is down from last night. Users are having trouble calling, sending messages and using the Internet. Users are having problems using VI’s network from 1 pm. Many people have filed their complaints about this by posting on social media platform X.
Many users have said in the post that they are having problems using mobile internet and other services. Some people have said that their network has stopped completely and they cannot use any service. In many cities across the country, users are facing difficulties in using VI’s network. More than 1880 complaints have been filed on the Dowdatector website regarding the network of Lonachani VI. By the morning of Friday, April 18, the number of these complaints had increased to 1940.
According to the Dowditector, Vodafone Idea (VI) users are facing the most problems in New Delhi, Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Faridabad, Noida, Ghaziabad and Pune cities. Users have reported their problems in the post on X. Users reported problems with the VI network, some stated that the entire network was closed. One user wrote in Excel post, “Are people still using VI (Vodafone Idea)? The network has stopped completely.”
Of the people who complained, 71 percent said that they are “getting any signal.” While 21 percent reported “full blackout” and 9 percent said that they were having difficulty using “mobile internet”.
The company has responded to some messages after users reported major problems on social media.
