The incident took place on Kanpur Central platform number one in Uttar Pradesh. On November 23, a woman was standing at the coach gate of the Delhi-bound Shramshakti train and was trying to call her child standing on the platform inside. Then the train started moving and the woman started screaming after seeing him. Meanwhile, when the children remained on the platform, the woman also started jumping down from the door of the train, but while getting down from the moving train, the woman started falling into the gap between the train and the platform.
Woman’s life saved in 11 seconds
Meanwhile, the GRP inspector and constables accompanying the train immediately saved the woman from falling under the train with the help of the timing indicator. In just 11 seconds, this woman was saved from being crushed between the moving train and the track. This video is now going viral on social media.

Inspector Shivsagar Shukla, who saved the woman, said that three women and a child were going to Delhi by train, when the woman’s child was left on the platform. When the train started moving, the woman shouted, “My child is lost.” She was screaming again and again. So my attention also went towards her and I realized that the woman was standing at the door of the train. This need will reduce. So I tried to understand her, then the woman jumped from the train compartment onto the platform. As the train was moving, its flow started falling into the gap between the train and the platform and my partner and I held hands in time and pulled it out. Meanwhile, we started running along with the train, otherwise the woman would have gone under the train. However, we made it out in time.
