Bollywood actress and model Malaika Arora was spotted at the Baraspara Cricket Stadium in Guwahati with former Rajasthan Royals’ head coach Kumar Sangakkara during the IPL 2025 match against the Chennai Super Kings on Sunday. A video of the same has surfaced on social media, with Malaika wearing the Rajasthan Royals’ jersey as well.
Sangakkara was Royals’ head coach for multiple seasons and still serves as their director of cricket. However, Rahul Dravid replaced him as the head coach ahead of the 2025 edition. Sangakkara had notably also played for Punjab Kings (formerly Kings XI Punjab), Deccan Chargers and SunRisers Hyderabad during his tenure as a player in the IPL.
