The incident occurred near the New Town Technical Education Building on Thursday afternoon. The accused angrily came out of the office after not getting discharged. Meanwhile, three of his colleagues coming from the front asked him the reason for anger. This made him even more angry. Angry, the accused attacked the three companions with knives.
