Mumbai: Ranveer Singh is going to play the role of a superhero in the film ‘Shaktimaan’. Along with him, actress Vamika Gabbi has been approached as the heroine. The shooting of this film is likely to start in March. The film is planned to be released in 2026.
Basil Joseph is going to direct the film ‘Shaktimaan’. Currently the pre-production work of the film is going on.
It is worth noting that earlier Mukesh Khanna had objected to casting Ranveer in the role of ‘Shaktiman’. Mukesh Khanna played the lead character of ‘Shaktimaan’ in the original TV serial.
