United States Vice President JD Vance will undertake an official visit to India from April 21 to 24 | X @InstaBharat
Jaipur: US Vice President James David (JD) Vance is coming for a four-day visit to Jaipur on April 21. He is scheduled to reach the Pink city at around 10 pm on Monday. Along with Jaipur he is scheduled to visit Agra as well.
As per the officials of the state government the US Vice President is coming to Jaipur with his wife Usha Chilukuri and the esteemed couple is proposed to visit heritage sites of Jaipur like Amer Mahal, City Palace and Jantar-Mantar. Special arrangements have been made at these historical palaces to welcome the US Vice President.
As per sources the Vice President is proposed to attend a session on Indo – American trade in Jaipur on April 22nd as well, while the next day he will move to Agra to visit the Taj Mahal. He is scheduled to leave for Washington on April 24th from Jaipur itself.
The US officials have reached Jaipur to make preparations for the Vice President’s visit. The US Embassy team conducted a security check of all parts of the Amer Palace and other palace where the VP is proposed to visit.
Besides this, the state government and all the security agencies have been alerted for this VVIP visit. The officials said that the US Vice President will be given a warm welcome and experience of Rajasthani hospitality during his visit to the Pink city of Jaipur.
