UPSC Civil Services Examination 2024: Selection process
The UPSC selection procedure consists of three phases: preliminary, mains, and personality test (interview). The final merit list is compiled based on applicants’ performances in all three levels.
The preliminary exam was held on June 16, and the results were revealed on July 1, 2024.
The Union Public Service Commission administered the written portion of the Civil Services Examination, 2024 in September 2024, while the Personality Test interviews took place in January-April of this year.
