Bollywood’s famous singer Sonu Nigam gave live performance at Delhi Technological University (DTU) on Sunday. Photos and videos of this event are going viral on social media. However, according to some reports, stones and bottles were thrown on the stage during the performance, which deteriorated the atmosphere.
Stage misbehaved, Sonu Nigam objected
According to the report of Hindustan Times, when Sonu Nigam was singing on stage, some people in the crowd started spreading chaos. Stones and bottles began to be thrown towards the stage, which also injured some members of his team. Due to this uproar, Sonu Nigam had to stop its performance in between.
Sonu Nigam’s message to students
During the incident, Sonu Nigam appealed to the students to remain calm from the stage. He said, “I have come here for you so that we can spend all good time. I am not asking you to enjoy, but please do not do such actions.”
