Apple could soon bring some new updates for its users. Apple’s new Mail app might expand its entry to other devices.
As reported by Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, Apple’s new Mail app is going to be available in Mac very soon. This update will be available on MacOS 15.4. Here’s how things could change for iPad and Mac users!
Your iPad and mac might get an update soon!
Initially, Apple had introduced the new Mail app to the iPhone back in December. This came along with the update to iOS 18.2. However, it was just limited to the iPhone. Till then it hasn’t made its way to any other platform. Now speculations suggest the new feature will be crossing borders.
So, what’s in for you? With the expansion, Mac users will get the upgraded Mail app. This app uses artificial intelligence (AI) to prioritize messages and sort content into different inboxes. For example, it helps you to sort mail into a primary category. Also, you get separate sections for promotions, transaction updates, and all mail.

The roadmap ahead!
Well, we have already seen what the new Mail app would look like on macOS. By the time Apple introduced the new M4 Macs in October, we already got a teaser of the new Mail app for macOS. So, the latest speculations might not be ‘Big’ as compared to the tech giant’s usual announcements. But they could be planning to add more onto this, to create a bigger picture.
Looking ahead, the tech giant seems to be holding some plans under the sleeves. Other speculations suggest that Apple is planning for a Q1 2025 iPhone SE 4 launch. This could happen either in March or April this year. The new upcoming iPhone SE model is expected to feature an iPhone 14-like design.
