The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted further increase in temperature in the coming days. Lu alert has been issued in 35 districts of the state. Prayagraj records a temperature of 44.3 ° C, which is the highest temperature ever in the region.
IMD has issued a Yellow alert for Orange Alert and many other districts in eastern Uttar Pradesh. According to the Meteorological Department, there is an orange alert for Jaunpur, Ghazipur, Ballia, Mau, Varanasi, Chandauli, Azamagar, Ambedkar Nagar, Amethi, Sutanpur, Raileber and Pratapnagar on Wednesday. At the same time, yellow alert has been issued for Janasi, Lalitpur, Mahoba, Najibabad, Jalaun, Kanpur, Auraiya, Banda, Muzaffarpur, Etawah, Piparij, Agra, Mathura, Chitrakoot, Kushabi and Dungarpur.
According to the Meteorological Department, both day and night will be hot in Uttar Pradesh for the next few days. During this period, the maximum temperature can increase by 3 to 5 ° C and the minimum temperature of about 3 ° C. However, a slight drop in minimum temperature is possible due to the new Western disturbance from 24 April.
