The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPBPB) has released the final result of 60,244 Constable Recruitment Examination. This good news that came before Holi is considered a big gift for the youth.
Candidates who appeared in this examination can check their results by visiting uppbpb.gov.in. The recruitment board has released the full list of names, roll numbers and registration numbers of all the candidates selected.

A total of 60,244 candidates have been selected in the following categories under the recruitment process:

UP Police Constable Recruitment Process & Training Details
- Recruitment Process: Written Examination → Document Verification (DV) → Physical Standard Test (PST) → Physical Efficiency Test (PET).
- Training:
- Early training (JTC) of 1 month will be held in all 75 districts.
- After this, 9 months basic training will be conducted at different training centers.
Merit and Result Rules in UP Police Constable Recruitment 2024
- The merit list is based on the marks of the written examination.
- PET/PST was only of qualifying nature.
- The UP Police Recruitment Board has not prepared any waiting list.
- If the marks of two or more candidates get the same, then the priority was given on these grounds:
- Priority to candidates with NCC ‘B’ Certificate.
- Preference to candidates holding DOEACC ‘O’ level certificate.
- Candidates with 2 years experience in the Territorial Army lead.
- If none of these criteria were implemented, then older candidates were given priority.
- Nevertheless, when it is equal, the English alphabet was given preference in order based on the spelling of the name.
