A sensational incident has come to light in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Here the son of a big businessman was kidnapped. The kidnappers have sent a ransom letter written ‘Allah Hu Akbar’ to the boy’s family and demanded money. The kidnapping and the subsequent ransom letter have created a stir in the Kanpur Commissionerate Police.
The family of businessman Sanjay Kanodia lives in Acharya Nagar, Raipurwa police station area of Kanpur. Sanjay has a clothing business in Surat. Sanjay Kanodia’s minor son Kushagra Kanodia is a high school student in Jaipuriyan School. He left home at 4 pm to study at Menon Coaching in Swaroop Nagar. But the student did not return home till late evening. After this the family members started worrying.

The student’s family told that calls were made several times on Kushagra’s mobile number, but it was switched off. After this someone advised to go to the police station and tell the whole matter to the police officers. After this he reached the local police station and lodged a missing report. Meanwhile, the family members returned home.
Ransom letter thrown in front of guard
After some time, the ransom letter given by the guard of the apartment created p.c among the family members. According to family members, a young man riding a scooter threw the ransom letter in front of the guard and left. When the news of receiving the ransom letter came to light, both the Joint Commissioners of Kanpur Commissionerate Police reached the spot with heavy police force.
What was written in the ransom letter?
Allah Hu Akbar was written in the ransom letter. Along with this it was written that, “We will not spoil your festival. Will call tomorrow and tell you the amount and place. We don’t want any harm to you. On the basis of CCTV, the police have detained 2 girls and 1 suspicious boy. According to sources, a ransom of Rs 30 lakh has been demanded from the family.
