Seoul: There has been heavy snowfall in South Korea along with the storm. The snowfall that started on Wednesday continues till Thursday, due to which dozens of flights have been canceled and ferry services have also had to be stopped. There is also news of death of five people due to this snowfall.
This is the third heaviest snowfall ever recorded since records began in 1907. However, the Meteorological Department says that now the situation will improve.

Regarding this snowfall, 73-year-old grandmother Lee Sook-ji said that to warm up in this terrible snowfall, I drank hot bread soup. Because the cold is stifling.

Giving more information, the police said on Wednesday that 53 vehicles were parked on the road passing through the central part of Wonju city of Gangwan province.

The worst impact of snowfall and blizzard has been on Incheon, Seoul’s main airport. Tourists had to stay there for twenty-two hours. 31% of flights were delayed, while 16% were cancelled. 142 flights were canceled across the country. 76 ferry services were also canceled and trains were delayed.
