UGC NET 2025 Result released: Check, see subject wise cutoff

New Delhi: National Testing Agency (NTA) has declared the result of UGC NET December 2024 exam. Candidates can check their result by visiting the official website ugcnet.nta.ac.in.

To check the result, candidates will have to enter their application number and date of birth and login. This time the examination was conducted for JRF, Assistant Professor and PhD admission, which has been released separate cutoffs.

UGC NET exam 2025 organized

The examination conducted by the University Grants Commission (UGC) was scheduled from 3 January 2025 to 16 January 2025. The 15 January examination was postponed in view of Makar Sankranti and Pongal, which was later held on 21 and 27 January 2025.

This time the examination took place in computer based test (CBT) mode, which included 85 subjects. The examination was conducted at 558 centers in 266 cities, in which 8,49,166 candidates had registered and 6,49,490 candidates appeared in the examination.

How to check UGC NET 2025 results?

1. Go to the official website ugcnet.nta.ac.in.
2. Click on the “UGC NET Result 2025” link on the homepage.
3. Enter login details (application number and date of birth).
4. The result will be displayed on the screen.
5. Download the result and take a print out for the future.
