Mumbai – Two teachers raped a student on the pretext of giving good marks, deserting the holy area of education. After this, both of them repeatedly threatened the woman and tortured her continuously. The incident took place in Malkapur in Buldhana district. Finally, the 34 -year -old victim, fed up with harassment and threats, complained to the Malkapur police, who registered a case under various sections of the Indian Penal Code and arrested the two teachers.
According to the information received in this regard, the victim of Motala taluka came to live in Malkapur for the education of her children. Here the victim sent her son to study in a private school. Meanwhile, the victim’s son’s class teacher Samson Ingale (45) and another school teacher Anil Thate (47) treated the victim well and knew her. Later these teachers promised the victim that they would give good marks to her child and will top the classroom. Along with this, he used to demand physical pleasure from the victim and forcibly make physical relations by making mental pressure on the victim.
After this incident, the two teachers repeatedly demanded the victim to have sex and tortured the woman repeatedly, threatening to kill the victim and her son. The victim broke mentally due to this incident. Finally, when the harassment became unbearable, the woman complained to the Malkapur police station and the police registered a case under Section 64 (2) (M), 70 (1), 351 (2), 3 (5) of the Indian Penal Code and arrested both the teachers.
