Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): Two persons including a minor died after a loading auto rammed into a bore well machine near Gulmohar Garden on Airport Road under Gandhi Nagar police station late Friday night. Two persons injured in the mishap were admitted to Hamidia Hospital for treatment.

The persons in the loading auto included the restaurant owner and his staff and were returning after dumping garbage. As per reports, Shailesh Gupta (34) runs a canteen at Hamidia Hospital while Mannu Raikwar, Sontu Yadav (25) and Naman Kaushal (16) were his staff.

On Friday night, Shailesh and his helpers had gone to dump the waste of the canteen to Asaram Trisection on Airport Road in a loading auto. They were returning to the canteen and had reached near Gulmohar Garden when their vehicle collided with a bore well machine.

Sontu and Naman died in the incident while Shailesh and Mannu received serious injuries. Naman’s kin said that he had come to Bhopal only three months ago from Vidisha to work at the canteen.

Sontu was working at the canteen for the past three years. Police officials said bodies have been handed over to the kin following post-mortem examination and further investigations were being carried out in this connection.
