1. Sumo squats
Sumo squats rapidly reduce thigh fat. To do this, spread the legs at a distance more than the shoulders and keep the claws outwards. Now slowly bend the knees and sit down as if sitting on the chair, then come back up. Set it three of 10-13 times.
2. Inner Thai leg lifts
