The Kremlin welcomed these statements of Donald Trump and said that no such proposal has been received from America yet, so if it happens then Russia will welcome it.
In fact, if there is a conversation between the two Presidents, it can become an important political event in the world. Trump also said that he wants to meet President Putin within six months of taking office.

Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov, reacting to Donald Trump’s proposal, said that if Donald Trump wants to hold talks with Russia on a touch level, then we welcome it.
On the other hand, Russian news agency, TASS, said that President Putin would welcome him if he (Trump) is keen on top-level contacts and maintains that desire even after becoming president.
