Washington: It seems that the Trump administration has somehow planned to migrate foreign students from the country. Some time ago there was a dispute over the abolition of the statutory status of the students. Now, if a foreign student is removed from the student and exchange visitor information system (SEVIS), both his student visa status and legal status will end immediately and can be deported.

This Trump administration has somehow drawn this new trick of not allowing foreign students to live in the US and constantly harass them, so that they can leave the US due to harassment. SEVIS is maintained by the US Home Safety Department. This monitors the immigration status of foreign students and exchange visitors.

A memorandum has also been sent to all service personnel under ICE, asking them to provide a detailed list of criteria to eliminate the legal status of a foreign origin student in the United States. Along with this, in a new memorandum, ICE has issued a warning to foreign students that even if there are flaws in their records, they will have to face difficulties. In other words, if this student is unemployed despite studying here or remains unemployed for a long time due to leaving job, he may receive exile notices based on the gaps found in his service.

Most legal experts believe that whenever the status of a student is taken away, the appropriate process is followed. According to the new memorandum, if your name is removed from the service, then both your student visa and legal status for students may be taken away immediately. The process of his exile can also begin. The only relief here is that the student’s name cannot be deported from the day his name is removed from the service.
