The video that is going viral on social media platform X (formerly Twitter) is from the year 2012. This was part of a Kavi Sammelan, in which Kumar Vishwas, while reading a poem, said in a humorous tone:

“Recently, when Jaspal Bhatti ji passed away in an accident, I became very angry at God’s timing. When only Sardar had to be picked, why did you pick the one who made you laugh?”

This video has now once again become the center of discussion. Many users are sharing this and alleging that Kumar Vishwas had at that time given a statement like “demanding death” for Dr. Manmohan Singh.

Amidst the controversial video, Kumar Vishwas is also facing criticism regarding another matter. In a poetry conference he said:

“Do teach Ramayana-Mahabharata to your children. It may not happen that the name of your house is Ramayana and someone else takes away your Sri Lakshmi.

This statement was linked to Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha, due to which she was criticized a lot.
