Hearing this, the Supreme Court directed the Yogi government that, ‘It will be your responsibility to establish peace in Sambal. At the same time, the Supreme Court directed to ensure that the Mosque Committee also gets legal rights. The Supreme Court has directed the district court to mediate in this matter.

Asked the petitioner, why didn’t you go to the High Court?

While hearing, the Supreme Court asked the petitioner why did you not appeal in the High Court in this matter? Along with this, the CJI told the trial court that no action will be taken in this matter until any instructions are given by the High Court. Now the hearing in this case will be held on January 6. Also advised the trial court not to issue any order till January 8.
