Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): The state government has been making transfer policy for officers and employees for a long time.

The policy may get the cabinet’s nod at Maheshwar on Friday, but the proposed policy is for the state-level officers and employees; those who are posted in districts will not get its benefits.

According to the proposed transfer policy, ministers will give permission for transfer in a limited way. Afterwards, orders will be issued by the CM Samanvay.

The ministers put up a demand before Chief Minister Mohan Yadav that transfer policy should be brought. The ministers’ demand for transfer policy was finally accepted.

According to this policy, the ministers are given powers to transfer officers and employees in case of any vacant position, serious illness, judicial order, after serious complaints, if they are found true.

Similarly, transfer cases can be considered if a project is closed after the transfer of an officer, and if there is any vacant post which is to be filled after the death of any employee or if there is any special condition.
