New Delhi, February 05: The voting for the Delhi Assembly Elections 2025, which started on Wednesday morning, has ended, and people are eagerly waiting for the exit poll results. One of the most closely watched seats is the Patparganj Assembly constituency, where Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Manish Sisodia is facing a tough contest against Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate Tarvinder Singh Marwah. Congress has also entered the race strongly with its candidate Farhad Suri.

While no clear predictions have been made by pollsters about the seat-wise results, experts believe that the Patparganj seat will see a neck-and-neck fight between Manish Sisodia and Tarvinder Singh Marwah. Farhad Suri’s presence is expected to make the contest even more interesting. The final results will be declared on Saturday, February 8, when the Election Commission announces the outcome.

Exit poll results suggest that the BJP might secure a majority in Delhi, with AAP trailing behind. However, betting markets are predicting that AAP still has a strong chance of forming the government.

Patparganj is a key constituency where Manish Sisodia is contesting for his fourth term. This election is crucial for him, especially as he has faced controversies related to the alleged liquor scam, for which he was jailed but later released on bail. Winning this seat for the fourth time will be important for both Sisodia and AAP.

Elections were held for all 70 seats of the Delhi Assembly in a single phase on February 5. This election is a three-way contest, with AAP, BJP and Congress fighting hard to form the next government in the national capital.
