However, many of us do not like to eat leafy vegetables. Bitter vegetable is essential for bones. So today we are going to tell you the simple recipe for making sauce from sev leaves. You can eat sauce made from Segawa leaves with bread, chapatti or any other dish. People suffering from serious diseases like diabetes or cholesterol should include sauce made from segawa leaves in their diet. This will keep blood sugar under control.

Material:

  • Last days leaves
  • Oil
  • Groundnut
  • Gram
  • urad dal
  • Asafoetida
  • Cumin
  • Coriander
  • Dry red chili
  • Curry leaf
  • Salt
  • Amchur powder

 

Action:

  • To make sago chutney, first clean the sago leaves and wash it with water and keep it on a cotton cloth to dry.
  • Heat the pan and add oil to it. Add peanuts, yellow gram, white urad dal, a pinch of asafoetida, dry red chillies, cumin and coriander seeds and fry it well.
  • Then add curry leaves and bay leaves and fry it till it becomes crisp.
  • Grind finely by adding all the roasted ingredients, bay leaves, curry leaves and salt as per taste.
  • Then add mango powder and mix it. After grinding the chutney in a mixer, fill it in a closed box.
  • A simple chutney made of betel leaves is ready.
