- Raw mango
- red chilli

- Asafoetida
- Cumin

Action:
- To make carrie tomato sauce, first wash the carrie and tomatoes. Then cut into thin pieces.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry it with asafetida, mustard, cumin and turmeric. Then add onion and fry it well.
- After roasting the burst, add tomatoes, curry leaves, chillies and garlic and fry it well.
- When the tomatoes are roasted, turn off the heat and let them cool down. Then put all the ingredients in the mixer and grind them finely.
