Jaunpur, 6 November (H.C.). The court of Additional Sessions Judge First Anil Kumar Yadav has on Wednesday imposed a fine of life imprisonment and Rs 10,000 on each, convicting two brothers Sandeep Tiwari, Sanjay Tiwari and Ambuj Tiwari, who was convicted of killing Rajesh Tiwari in Budsara village of Khutahan police station area 4 years ago in the chest. Sandeep Tiwari, convicted in the Arm Act, was punished with 1 year rigorous imprisonment and an additional fine of Rs 5,000.

It is noteworthy that the father of the deceased Shyam Narayan Tiwari had lodged an FIR at Khutahan police station that on June 2, 2020, at 8:00 am, Sandeep and Sanjay son Krishna Dutt Tiwari and Ambuj son Kamalakant Tiwari came to the tubewell of the plaintiff and started abusing the plaintiff’s boy. When Rajesh Tiwari, son of the plaintiff, refused to abuse, Sandeep shot in Rajesh’s chest illegally with the intention of killing him. Rajesh fell on the ground as soon as the bullet hit. The people of the house immediately took him to the district hospital Jaunpur. Where the doctor declared the plaintiff’s boy dead. The police investigated and filed a case diary in the court. Government lawyer Sanjay Srivastava marked the statement of witnesses in the court. The court sentenced the three accused to life imprisonment after hearing the debate of both sides and on the basis of the evidence available in the letter.
