New York: Firing occurred at two different places in the US. Three people died in incidents in Pennsylvania and New Mexico.
According to the report, an attacker entered the intensive care unit of Pennsylvania Hospital with a pistol and zip tie. He took the hospital staff hostage. He was killed in an encounter with the police.
Earlier, an officer was also killed in the firing of the attacker. Apart from this, two other officials were injured.
In another incident, one airman was killed and another injured in a shootout at the Kiretland Air Force Base in New Mexico. An Air Force official said that this is not a terrorist attack or an attack by an outsider. But he refused to explain whether the firing was an Air Force soldier or not.
