Three days ago, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar inaugurated the JP Ganga Path (JP Setu) in Patna, the capital of Bihar. However, within three days, there have been major cracks in this bridge. A video of this incident has surfaced. In which cracks can be seen clearly on the bridge.
JP Ganga Path of Patna is built at a cost of Rs 3831 crore. It was inaugurated by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar three days ago. These cracks are seen near Pillar No. 3 of Didarganj Pass Bridge. These cracks are visible in both lanes of the bridge.
It is noteworthy that on 9 April, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar inaugurated this Ganga Path built from Kangan Ghat in Patna to Didarganj.
On this occasion, both the Deputy Chief Ministers of Bihar Samrat Chaudhary and Vijay Kumar Sinha, Road Construction Minister Nitin Naveen, Assembly Speaker Nandkishore Yadav and many senior officials and public representatives were present on the occasion.
However, when the movement of vehicles started on the bridge after the inauguration, the pressure of vehicles started coming on this road, causing cracks on the road.
According to experts and general public, these cracks suggest that quality was not taken care of during construction. Questions are also arising whether the government has made a hurry in the inauguration of this bridge keeping in mind the upcoming assembly elections.
The Chief Minister’s inauguration between thunderstorms and cracks on the bridge shows that technical testing and security checks were not fully done before the inauguration.
