Mahakumbh 2025: Vishwa Hindu Parishad expressed concern over the declining birth rate among Hindus and demanded that Hindu families should have at least three children. In the VHP program organized in Mahakumbh, the systematic oppression of Hindus in Bangladesh was also discussed.
‘Hindus should consider this issue’
A huge Sant Sammelan was organized by Vishwa Hindu Parishad in Mahakumbh on 25th January. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also participated in this program. During this period, Jagadguru Shankaracharya Swami Vasudevanand Saraswati was present in the program.
Addressing the program, VHP’s Union General Secretary Bajrang Lal Bangra said, ‘Due to the declining birth rate of Hindus, there has been an imbalance in the Hindu population in the country. The revered saints of Hindu society have called upon every Hindu family to produce at least three children. Even in India, some elements are threatening Hindus to create a situation like Bangladesh. Hindus should think on this issue. The central government is bringing a law amendment act to limit the arbitrary and unlimited powers of the Waqf Board.
Vishwa Hindu Parishad’s efforts are unmatched: Yogi Adityanath
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said, ‘India’s eternal tradition is visible in this Mahakumbh. The whole world is watching.
