Global Studies: Young and the elderly in India are becoming more rich than the middle class. And they lead a better life than these people. This was revealed in a study conducted on more than two lakh people from 22 countries.

The purpose of global fluoresing studies conducted by researchers at Harvard University in the US and Bremen University in Germany is to understand the factors that control the welfare of individuals and communities. Prosperity is defined as a situation in which all aspects of a person’s life are good. The findings of this study have been published in Nature magazine.

U-shaped pattern in India, Egypt, Kenya and Japan

Researchers stated that many countries including Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Sweden and the United States increase with age increased activity, but this is not the case in all countries. In India, Egypt, Kenya and Japan, patterns are somewhat U -sized. People were asked about aspects of prosperity such as happiness, health, meaning and relationships as well as demographic, social, political, religious factors and childhood experiences. Men and women around the world reported the same pattern.

 

Married people are more rich than unmarried people.

Married people in most countries have been found to be more rich than unmarried people. However, the prosperity of married people in India and Tanzania has been found to be lower than unmarried people. Research has shown that employed people are more happy than unemployed people. In countries like India, Japan, Israel etc., self -employed people, retired people and students were found more satisfied than employed people. Researchers also found that young people worldwide are not doing well as before.
