New Delhi: Bollywood diva Malaika Arora has described the recent social media post on her functional HIIT routine at the age of 51 at the age of 51. He shared a power-pack HIIT (high-intensity interval training) routine with his followers, as well as caption, “Burn fat, make fire.”

In the video, Malla said that his HIIT workout routine includes 60 seconds of jumping jack. Next, she kicks glute for 40 seconds. After jumping 50 seconds rope, she completes her routine with a high tap of 30 seconds.

In her earlier Instagram post, Malaika Arora shared 5 unique exercises to do Swiss ball and 5-7 kg dumbbells. This dynamic workout targets many muscle groups, which improves overall power and fitness.

The high-spurning interval training (HIIT) is a training protocol in which the short period of acute or explosive utterance is done in turn with a brief recovery period to the point of exhaustion. The HIIT includes exercises performed in frequent quick explosions with maximum or almost maximum effort, which contains a period of rest or low activity.
