Mumbai – The Bombay High Court has directed the registry to put the petition seeking a CBI inquiry by Disha Salian’s father Satish Salian before the appropriate bench.

The petition alleged that her daughter held a party at her home on 8 June 2020, in which Aditya Thackeray and actors Soraj Pancholi and Dino Moria were present. Many questions have arisen about Disha’s death, so we have requested the authorities to register a case and instruct them to conduct a thorough investigation. The petition alleged that Disha was gang -raped and murdered and the case was suppressed under political pressure to save powerful persons.
The petition stated that without considering forensic evidence or for testimony of other witnesses, the case was stopped in a hurry by considering the case of suicide or accident.
Disha was the former manager of late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput and is said to have died after falling from the 14th floor on 8 June 2020. The police had registered accidental death at that time. Six days later, Sushant Rajput was found dead at his Bandra residence. It is being claimed that there is a relationship between the two deaths.
