The film “72 Hooren” was embroiled in controversies ever since its teaser was released. Despite approving the film, the censor board rejected the trailer, after which the makers expressed their displeasure and digitally released the trailer without permission. Amidst this whole controversy, the film has been released in theaters on Friday i.e. 7th July.

The film “72 Hooren”, which was in controversies even before its release, has been released in theaters on Friday. The film did not benefit much from controversies. The first day’s earnings of the film have come to the fore. The film is not getting the audience. Its first day collection figures are also very disappointing.

With the release of this film, producer Ashok Pandit has been given police protection. He has claimed that he is receiving threats. However, on the film front, “72 Hooren” is not getting the audience. Only 7 percent of the audience came to the theaters to watch the film on Friday. The film has done a business of Rs 50 lakh on the first day. This figure is very less.

Looking at the opening day’s earnings, there is less possibility of the film staying in theaters for a long time, but if “72 Hooren” gets an audience on the weekend, then the collection figures from the first day can definitely increase slightly. It will be known soon whether the film survives or fizzles out in the theatres.
