Champions Trophy 2025 is being played between Pakistan and United Arab Emirates. Team India’s matches will be played in Dubai and all the remaining matches will be hosted by Pakistan. This tournament, which is returning after 8 years, will start from 19th February and will be played till 9th March. Before this, Divyang Champions Trophy is to be played in Sri Lanka, which will start from January 12. The Indian disabled team has been announced for the tournament, which has a total of 17 players.
Indian team announced for Divyang Champions Trophy
Divyang Champions Trophy is to be played for the first time after 2019. For which the National Selection Panel of the Disabled Cricket Council of India (DCCI) has selected the team after a training camp in Jaipur under the leadership of head coach Rohit Jalani. Vikrant Ravindra Kenny has been made the captain of the 17-member Indian team. Ravindra Gopinath Sante has been given the responsibility of vice-captain. Head coach Rohit Jalani said, ‘This is a balanced team which is ready to face any opponent.’
India’s schedule in Divyang Champions Trophy
Team India will play its first match in this tournament against Pakistan. This match will be played on January 12 from 2 pm. After this, the Indian team will face England on 13 January. Team India will play its third match against Sri Lanka, which will be played on January 15. After this, the Indian team will again face Pakistan on 16 January. At the same time, matches will also be played against England on 18 January and Sri Lanka on 19 January. The final match of the tournament will be played on January 21.
