Teacher Dies After Speeding Car Hits Him In Tamil Nadu’s Salem, Driver Flees From Spot

Salem: A disturbing incident surfaced from Tamil Nadu’s Salem where a man was hit by a speeding car on Saturday, resulting in his death. The incident was recorded on CCTV installed in the area. The shocking video also surfaced online.

In the video, it could be seen that the man, who reportedly was a teacher, was standing with a woman on the roadside when a car at a high speed came from behind. The video shows, the teacher dropping the woman on the roadside. Within moments the car speeding hit his bike as the driver of the vehicle reportedly lost control.

The teacher was flung in the air for several metres. The woman who was there with the teacher rushed towards him. However, the driver did not stop the car and managed to flee from the spot. A passerby stopped to help the man.

Last week, a speeding Swift Dzire car collided with a bike rider on Lal Bahadur Shastri (LBS) Road in Mumbai’s Ghatkopar West, resulting in the death of the rider. The incident took place on the night of March 22. The deceased was identified as Prince Chaudhary. The Ghatkopar Police have arrested the car driver.

Speeding Car Hits Delivery App Agent In Mumbai:

According to police sources, Prince Chaudhary lived in Bhatwadi, Ghatkopar West, with his brother Bhav Premprakash Chaudhary and friend Hemant Sahu. He worked as a rider for Zepto, a delivery company. Sahu had purchased an Activa scooter for the delivery business, which Prince regularly used for his work.

On Saturday, Prince left for work as usual. Around 2:30 AM, he was riding towards Sarvodaya Junction when a speeding Swift Dzire car, heading towards Kurla, rammed into him. The impact was so severe that Prince suffered critical injuries.
