Mukul Saran Mathur, General Manager, South Western Railway (SWR), conducted a comprehensive window trailing inspection between Hubballi and Hosapete section today, reviewing various operational and safety parameters to ensure smooth and efficient train operations.

Upon arrival at Hosapete Railway Station, Mukul Saran Mathur inspected the ongoing developmental works and examined the upgraded passenger amenities and facilities. He emphasized the importance of timely execution of station development projects to enhance passenger convenience and comfort.

The General Manager also carried out a detailed inspection of the Hosapete station yard where he assessed the safety procedures being followed by the staff. He provided necessary guidance and counselled railway personnel on adhering to all safety protocols to ensure safe railway operations.

Further, Mukul Saran Mathur visited the Carriage & Wagon unit at Hosapete and interacted with the staff, reviewing the maintenance and operational standards. He also inspected the Crew Lobby and Running Room at Hosapete railway station, where he assessed the cleanliness and hygiene standards. He encouraged the staff to maintain high cleanliness levels and prioritize hygiene for a better working environment.

The inspection was accompanied by Divisional Railway Manager, Hubballi, Smt. Bela Meena, along with other senior officers of South Western Railway.
