The Office of the Director General of Audit, South Western Railway, Hubballi, celebrated the 4th Audit Diwas and Audit Week from 18th to 24th November 2024. The week featured activities such as an audit run, essay writing, quiz, and article writing competitions, along with in-house workshops for staff and officers.
Stakeholder discussions were held with officers from Engineering, Mech.cal, Commercial, and Accounts Departments of SWR. During the valedictory event on 22nd November, Shri Arvind Srivastava, General Manager, SWR, distributed prizes to competition winners. Shri R. Naresh, Director General of Audit, highlighted the significance of Audit Diwas and elaborated on the forms and processes of audits conducted.
In his address, Shri Arvind Srivastava emphasized the critical role of audits and lauded the contributions of the audit staff. Shri M. Dinesh Naika, Director of Audit, delivered the vote of thanks.
