Swiggy took cognizance of his complaint and asked for his order number so that the problem could be resolved.

After this incident, various users on social media shared their experiences. One user criticized Zomato saying that the customer support of Zomato is also not satisfactory. Responding to this, Zomato said, “We are available for you. Can you share your registered number? We will contact you and resolve your complaint.”

This complaint by Mahua Moitra has given rise to a new debate on the quality and customer support of online food delivery services.
