Indian cricketer Suryakumar Yadav and his wife Devisha have purchased two residential apartments in Godrej Sky Terraces, Deonar, Mumbai, for ₹21.1 crore, as per property registration documents accessed by Square Yards on the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) website. The transaction was registered in March 2025.

Deonar, a suburb in eastern Mumbai, is a thriving residential locality situated near Chembur. It falls under the Mumbai Suburban district and enjoys excellent connectivity via the Chembur railway station, Mumbai Monorail, Eastern Express Highway, and Sion-Panvel Expressway.

Godrej Sky Terraces, a 1.05-acre residential project by Godrej, is home to Suryakumar Yadav’s newly purchased apartments. The project offers 3 BHK and 4 BHK configurations, as per RERA. Yadav has acquired two consecutive-floor apartments, boasting a total carpet area of 392.36 sq. m. and a built-up area of 424.46 sq. m. The purchase includes six designated car parking spaces. The transaction was finalized with a stamp duty of ₹1.26 crore and a registration fee of ₹30,000.
