Excerpts From the Interview

What made you partner with Lemon Salons? What was your thought process?

Partnering with Lemon was a great fit. They are known for doing great makeup for their clients and have a staff of experienced makeup artists. Our brand, Star Struck Cosmetics, felt this was the perfect fit.

How do you plan to work with the salon? Is anything interesting in your mind?

Over time, we will gain feedback on what customers like about the product and what does not fit, therefore allowing us to provide a product that is an ideal fit.

What is your personal hair and beauty routine? Would you add something from your routine to the salons?

The hair routine is – hair vitamins, leave-in keratin, and keratin syrup. All are also available at Lemon.

You have come a long way in terms of your career. How do you see it from your present life?

I feel that I have come a long way but have so much more to do and achieve.

What is the difference between the Sunny at the start of your career and the Sunny we see now?

I’m a completely evolved business person and entrepreneur/ entertainer.  There is no comparison between the Sunny 20 years ago to the Sunny now.  The only thing is that I stayed true to what I wanted and loved.

Your personal life seems peaceful and fulfilling from what we see in the media. How do you manage that? Is it tough considering the harsh limelight?

My family is everything and the rest is second! I don’t allow the harsh limelight to affect me.  I continue on my path as I always have.  My journey has been like no one else’s.

Who is the real Sunny?

You see her every day with her family. That’s me.

What can we expect from you in the coming time?

Lots more from Star Struck this year. My new film got released on February 7. Lots of great songs are coming out. And my five other brands will keep growing with hard work and persistence!
