The Consumer Court has issued an order to ban the construction work on this project being constructed in Vibhutikhand, capital of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow. The decision has been taken after the complaint of Prema Sinha, resident of Experience Capital, in which he expressed serious objections about this construction.

Complainant Prema Sinha, in her complaint, feared threat to the confidentiality and security of the High Court and Indira Gandhi Foundation. He has also alleged that the place where this restaurant and bar are being built were actually the land allotted for children’s play, community hall and senior citizens.

During the court hearing, Justice Ashok Kumar expressed displeasure over the negligence of the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) and in view of the seriousness of the case, directed the complainant to send a copy of the order to the LDA. The next hearing of the case will be held on 19 February.
