Bollywood actor Sunny Deol flew to Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, on April 9, a day before the release of his film, Jaat, and sought blessings at the Tanot Mata temple in the city. He was also seen meeting Border Security Force (BSF) jawans in Jaisalmer and singing and dancing with them.

A video of Sunny has now gone viral in which he can be seen entertaining the jawans at a special event. In the video, a jawan can be seen singing the actor’s iconic song, Main Nikla Gaddi Leke from his film Gadar, and Sunny did not shy away from showing off the hook step on stage.

He was seen dancing his heart out with the other jawans, and he also thanked them for their service to the nation as well as for having him there.

During the trip, Sunny offered prayers at the Tanot Mata temple in Jaisalmer for the success of Jaat, which marks his first release after his blockbuster comeback with Gadar 2 in 2023. Gadar 2 had shattered all records at the box office and had sent the entire nation into a tizzy, ending up being one of the highest grossing films of the year. People were seen pooling in trucks and tractors and reaching cinema halls to watch the film, which ran in theatres for almost a month.

Jaat released in theatres on Friday (April 10), and if the early reviews are to go by, it a quintessential Bollywood massy entertainer, with copious amounts of action, drama and emotions. The film has been helmed by Gopichand Malineni and it also stars Randeep Hooda, Vineet Kumar Singh, Saiyami Kher, Regina Cassandra and others in key roles.

Sunny will be next seen playing the role of Lord Hanuman in Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana, which stars Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Ram. The actor also has Lahore Lahore 1947 and Border 2 in the pipeline.
