Mumbai: Sunil Shetty along with his son -in -law and cricketer KL Rahul bought seven acres of land in the Oval area of Thane West. For which they have been paid 9. 85 crores. Besides, this land has been paid 68.96 lakh rupees stamp duty and Rs 30 thousand registration fee.
The total assets of KL Rahul and Athiya Shetty are said to be around Rs 130 crore. Athiya and Rahul bought a luxurious flat on Nargis Dutt Road in Pali Hill, Bandra in 2024. This flat is 3,350 square feet. It is spread over 10000 square feet. The price of which is 20 crores. In addition, they have luxury houses at major places in Mumbai, Goa and Bangalore.
Sunil Shetty owns several restaurants and hotels. His annual income is said to be around 100 crores. He has invested his money from production house to real estate and many start-ups, which gives him regular income. He and his son Ahaan bought a property in 2024 in Khar West of Mumbai for Rs 8.01 crore.
