Chhatarpur (Madhya Pradesh): A shocking incident of murder was reported from Madhya Pradesh’s Chhatarpur district on Friday, where a student shot his school principal to death. The principal was shot in his head after which he succumbed on the spot, as informed by the police.
According to sources, the incident pertains to Orchha Road police station jurisdiction. The incident took place at Dhamora Government Higher Secondary School, where the student and the principal were inside the school’s washroom at the same time. This is when suddenly the student took out the pistol and shot the principal.
As per police, the principal’s body was found lying in the pool of blood inside the school’s washroom. Also, after committing the crime, the accused student fled the spot.
At present, the police are investigating the matter to determine the motive behind this tragic act. Further updates are awaited.
