News India Live, Digital Desk: State Chief Minister Mohan Yadav has clearly stated that crimes like jihad or love jihad will not be accepted at all on the state land. Yadav’s statement came in a private college in Bhopal after rape and blackmail cases came to light. The accused are accused of hiding their religious identity and implicating girls in the trap.

The Chief Minister strongly warned that there is no place for criminals in Madhya Pradesh and whoever is found involved in such crimes will get the harshest punishment. He also said that even if the criminals run out of the state, the Madhya Pradesh Police will find them and bring them back.

Acting on the incident in Bhopal, the police have so far arrested two accused and the search for another accused is going on. A case has been registered against the accused under the Poxo Act and Madhya Pradesh Religious Freedom Act. In view of the seriousness of the case, the police has also formed a special investigation team (SIT) for investigation.

According to the police, the main accused Farhan Ali alias Faraj, hiding his religious identity, befriended a minor girl two years ago, exploited her and then started blackmailing. It is alleged that two friends of Faraj also made two other girls their victims.
