It is currently available in 64 cities pan-India and in five cities in MP namely, Indore, Bhopal, Jabalpur, Gwalior, Ujjain. This service allows customers to access affordable, high-quality healthcare from the comfort of their homes, ensuring seamless claims.
It has launched the ‘Special Care Gold’ policy in Braille, designed specifically for individuals with 40% or more disability, ensuring that visually impaired individuals can independently access vital information about their health insurance.
The Free telemedicine service offers customers convenient access to healthcare professionals for consultations, advice, and follow-up care without the need for in-person visits. The company is also committed to customers’ well being and conducts routine medical camps across MP.
Star Health Insurance has solidified its position in Madhya Pradesh with close to 50 offices, a strong network of 524 hospitals, a robust network of over 31,200 agents covering 8 lakh lives and 527 employees, says Executive President of Star Health Insurance, Sanath Kumar.
The company has impressively paid out Rs. 1,313 crore in claims in the last five years in Madhya Pradesh, demonstrating its mission of delivering comprehensive and accessible healthcare solutions to its diverse population.
The Company is looking to expand its reach by increasing its presence with opening Gramin Bima kendra’s in 14 districts with additional 6 rural centres, adding 5000 agents, and hiring 150 sales managers by March-25 in Madhya Pradesh, Kumar added.
