His partner at the other end, Tathagat Sharma played exceptionally well for his 148 in 103 deliveries, with 19 fours and one six. Both young batters, attacked their opposition bowlers with superior quality shots and ensured their team had the upper hand right through the contest.

Raja Shivaji Vidyalaya Dadar defeated Gundecha Education Academy Kandivali at Parsee Cyclist by 62 runs. Batting first, Raja Shivaji rode on Viren Khambe’s 66 to make 167 in 40.3 overs. IES Bhandup outclassed Omkar International Dombivali by ten wickets at Young Zoroastrian, Azad Maidan. Batting first, Omkar International made 115 all out in 32.1 overs. Right-handed batter Arnav Bobale made a half century in 57 balls. Medium pacer Advik Pawar bowled well and snapped up (5-15) in his eight overs spell. In reply, IES Bhandup chased down their total comfortably, scoring 118-0 in 27 overs. Opener Siddhesh Desai top scored with 61 runs, with eight fours while his partner Pratyush Hadkar made 39.

Fatima High School won their encounter by six wickets against Bhakti Vedanta School at Kamath CC, Shivaji Park. Bhakti Vedanta batting first, posted 53 in 17 overs. Left arm fast bowler and Player of the Match Vighnesh Pawar snapped up (4-12) in his four overs spell. In reply, Fatima High School chased down their target comfortably, making 54 in 6 overs.
